Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Service Booking Cancellation
- Cancellation by Customer: You may cancel your service request at any time. To cancel, please contact our customer support team or use the cancellation option in the app.
- Cancellation Fee: If a cancellation is made after a technician has been dispatched to your location, a nominal convenience fee (e.g., ₹149) may be charged to cover travel expenses. This fee is waived if the cancellation is made before dispatch.
- Rescheduling: You can reschedule your service appointment without any extra charges, provided the request is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled appointment time.
2. Product (Accessory) Purchase Cancellation
- You can cancel an order for a product/accessory before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our support team immediately.
- Once an item is shipped, the order cannot be cancelled. In such cases, you may be able to return the product based on our return policy (not detailed here).
3. Cancellation by SERVICE CENTER / Partners
We reserve the right to cancel a service request or product order under certain circumstances, including but not limited to:
- The requested service location is outside our operational area.
- The requested spare parts are unavailable.
- The customer is not reachable at the provided contact details.
- Instances of fraudulent activity.
In case of a cancellation from our end, any amount paid by you will be fully refunded to your original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. For Technicians and Promoters
- Job Cancellation: If a technician accepts a job and fails to attend it without a valid reason, it may impact their performance rating. Repeated cancellations may lead to suspension or termination of their account.
- Promoter Bookings: If a booking made by a promoter is cancelled by the customer, it will be marked as such in the promoter's dashboard. Payouts for cancelled bookings will not be applicable.
